For nearly 15 years, I’ve worked as a psychotherapist, helping people heal, grow, and find themselves again. I’ve always been driven by a deep desire to make others’ lives softer, safer, and more whole. But somewhere along the way — between caring for my clients, my family, and everyone else who needed me — I lost myself. "B" is the nickname my husband created for me when we first started dating. "B" is the woman I was before the emotional weight, constant demands, and financial pressures eventually caught up with me. I found myself burned out, exhausted, and wondering where I had gone. That’s when I decided to rebuild my life from the ground up — to break free from survival mode and create a future filled with ease, financial freedom, and self-love.
